Improvements/fixes for reading line_flux.out.

more flexible reading routine for line_flux.out that should deal with all formats (hopefully).
The new reading method also deals with _lte and _H cases (i.e. setting of ident and species)
getLine method is not improved and deals with cases such as having the same line as NLTE (CO) and lte (CO_lte)
made new tests for new format and updated some old tests for reading line_flux.out and getLine
