Added a method that maps field names to nice latex strings for plotting labels.
- used in plot_cont, one can not just say label="nHtot", and it will produce a nice label for the colour bar
- Currently, only a couple of fields (e.g. nHtot, rhog etc.) are mapped.
- the keys of this map should always be identical to an attribute name in Data_ProDiMo
