Reading/Plotting of observed JWST spectrum

File name JWSTspec.dat (like in IDL) -
the format is the same as in SpitzerIRSspec.dat -
so, the same treatment as Spitzer, if both exist, both are plotted -
make clear in the documentation that one can always overplot additional data. -
also, check if the unit treatment is okay.
