Draft: New parameter ix for gen_specFromLineEstimates, to only take the flux from one column.
- if ix is not None, only the flux from rInfo[ix].Fcolumn is used for the spectrum
- continuum remains disk integrated, as we do not have it for each column.
With a few more modifications, this could address issue #37
